Who you are hiring

Hi, I’m Teo

I started Teo Exterior Cleaning this year after years of cleaning windows for other firms, and I run it with my son. Local homes across North London are already on the round.

It is the two of us on the round, so the person who quotes your job is the person who turns up. If something is not right, tell me and I will come back — that is the reason I keep the round local.

More about how we work

Why people stay

The same family every time

You deal with Teo and his son, not a call centre and not a different crew each visit. That is why most customers simply keep the same slot.

Pure water, no chemicals

Filtered water does the work, so there is nothing left on the glass to streak and nothing harsh on your frames.

Frames and sills included

Every window clean includes the doors, frames and sills. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.

Fully insured and careful

Public liability cover in place, protected floors and plants where we work, and a sensible call about anything unsafe.

Questions

Everything people ask before booking

How much does window cleaning cost?

From £15 for a typical North London house, cleaned monthly, with doors, frames and sills included every visit. One-off window cleans are from £40. Bigger houses cost more — you always get a fixed price before we start.

Do I need to be at home?

No. We clean from outside with a water-fed pole. If there is a gate code or a side entrance we should know about, put it in your booking and we will take it from there.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Every four weeks keeps glass at its best, and every eight weeks is the usual choice for quieter roads or smaller houses. One-off cleans are fine too.

Are you insured?

Yes. Public liability insurance is in place, and we are happy to show the certificate on request.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer, cash or card after the clean. Regular customers usually pay by transfer the same evening.

Do you clean the frames and sills?

Yes — frames, sills and doors are part of every window clean, at no extra cost.
