Privacy notice

Short version: we collect only what is needed to quote and clean, we keep it to ourselves, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

When you contact us we may hold your name, phone number, email address, property address and any notes you give us about access or the work (for example a gate code or where the water is). If you pay by bank transfer or card, your bank or card provider holds the payment details — we do not store card numbers.

Why we hold it

To give you a quote, to arrange and carry out the work, to invoice you, and to contact you about a visit that is due or a change to one. We do not sell your details and we do not send marketing messages.

Where it is kept

On the business owner’s own devices, protected by a password and screen lock. If you are invited to a customer account on this website, the details shown to you there are held on our hosted database (Supabase) so that only you and we can see them.

How long we keep it

While you are a customer and for up to six years afterwards, because tax law requires us to keep records of invoices. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@teoexteriorcleaning.co.uk and we will deal with it.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies: no analytics, no advertising, no embedded maps or fonts. The only thing that leaves your device is what you type into the quote form, which opens in WhatsApp on your own phone.
