About us
A local round, done properly
Teo Exterior Cleaning is a North London window and exterior cleaning business, run by Teo and his son and already looking after more than 150+ homes.
I spent years cleaning windows for other companies before starting on my own. That is where I learned what customers actually mind: someone turning up when they said they would, a price that does not change, and glass that is genuinely clear instead of just wet.
So that is how this business runs. It is me and my son on the round, we keep it local so nobody waits all day, and we clean frames and sills on every visit because that is what makes windows look properly clean.
How we work
Four promises we keep
The same family every time
You deal with Teo and his son, not a call centre and not a different crew each visit. That is why most customers simply keep the same slot.
Pure water, no chemicals
Filtered water does the work, so there is nothing left on the glass to streak and nothing harsh on your frames.
Frames and sills included
Every window clean includes the doors, frames and sills. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.
Fully insured and careful
Public liability cover in place, protected floors and plants where we work, and a sensible call about anything unsafe.
The method
Why pure water works better
Pure water is filtered until nothing is left in it — no minerals, no detergent. When it dries it leaves nothing behind, so there are no streaks and no white spots on the glass.
It is also kinder to your property. Nothing harsh touches painted frames or old sash windows, and the water-fed poles let us clean first-floor and extension windows safely from the ground.
For gutters and fascias we work by hand or with specialist poles, and we check downpipes actually flow before we call a job finished. Where access is unsafe, we say so instead of taking a risk with your roof or our ladders.
Every job ends with photos of what we found and what we left, so you can see the work whether or not you were at home.
On the round
The two of us, on the job
Same poles, same water, same two people you booked — photographed on a job, not taken from a stock library.
