How the price is worked out
Most homes are cleaned monthly, from £15, with doors, frames and sills included every visit. One-off window cleans are from £40. Larger houses with bay windows, extension roofs or conservatories are quoted before work begins.
Gutters are from £40, and more where the run is long or awkward to reach. Conservatories are priced by size, height and how much green staining has built up. Fascias and soffits are quoted from a photo because the length of the run makes the difference.
Regular customers keep the same price as long as nothing about the property changes.
